Ingredients

1 cupBrown rice flakes, soaked in luke warm water and squeezed
1 cupBoiled and mashed potatoes
1 table spoonGrated paneer or carrots
to tasteSalt and green chillies
1 tea spoonLemon juice
1/4 tsp eachCumin seed, carom seed
Coriander or curry leaves chopped
Oil to fry

Mix everything except oil and make a mixture

Make cutlets in the desired shape.

Heat a non stick tawa. Cook the cutlets by using dash of oil

Serve with chutneys of your choice
