4 Slicesbread
1 cuplow fat paneer
1roughly chopped onion
1roughly chopped tomato
1small chopped capsicum
1 tbspgarlic chilli sauce
1 tbsptomato sauce
little salt
1/2 tspchilly flaks
1/2 tspblack pepper

In a bowl mix all ingredients but don't mash over but only mix roughly.

Take slice put 2 tbsp mixture on it and cover with another piece

Now grill it and enjoy hot with tomato sauce
