Ingredients

2 person
  • 4 Slicesbread
  • 1 cuplow fat paneer
  • 1roughly chopped onion
  • 1roughly chopped tomato
  • 1small chopped capsicum
  • 1 tbspgarlic chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsptomato sauce
  • little salt
  • 1/2 tspchilly flaks
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix all ingredients but don't mash over but only mix roughly.

  2. 2

    Take slice put 2 tbsp mixture on it and cover with another piece

  3. 3

    Now grill it and enjoy hot with tomato sauce
