Ingredients

3 tbspextra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsplemon juice
2 tbspbalsamic venigar
1salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 headradicchio
2pears, quartered, cored and thinly sliced
1/3 cupwalnut halves, lightly toasted

Steps

Whisk the oil and lemon juice together in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove and discard the outer leaves of the radicchio. Roughly tear the remaining leaves and place in a medium bowl.

Add the pear and walnuts.

Pour the dressing, add balsamic vinegar and toss to combine.
