Boil the water and put in the rice

Put the sugar and cinnamon in the water

Let it boil for approx. 30min

Mix the Philadelfia while the rice is still hot

Mix the syrup

Spread out on a baking sheet an press it so it wont be too loose.

Set it in the fridge for 24 hours and cut it into small bars
