Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 2 1/2 cupseasoned croutons
  2. 1 lbjimmy dean sausage
  3. 1/2 lbjimmy dean hot sausage
  4. 5eggs
  5. 2 1/2 cupmilk any percent
  6. 1 cancream of mushroom soup
  7. 1 1/2combined sauteed onions, peppers , mushrooms, zucchini
  8. 2 cupMonterey jack cheese shredded
  9. 2 cupsharp cheddar cheese shredded
  10. 1/2 tspdry mustard

Steps

  1. 1

    spread croutons in bottom of 13 x 9 Pam sprayed baking dish

  2. 2

    crumble cooked sausage over croutons

  3. 3

    whisk eggs, milk, soup, veggies, cheeses, dry mustard

  4. 4

    pour over croutons and sausage

  5. 5

    cover and refrigerate overnight

  6. 6

    bake 325 for 50 minutes or til golden
