melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds. set aside to let cool a little.

put all the veggies in a bowl. sprinkle with olive oil or the butter.

add spices. sprinkle veggies with salt, pepper, garlic powder. add lemon juice also

mix veggies by hand and put them on 2 layers of aluminium foil. fold foil to make a foil pouch.

will take the veggies about 30 -35 minutes to cook. so if they are placed on the grill get your meat almost before putting on the veggies.

I've also put them in the oven to cook.
