Remover the sausage casing then put it on a,steaming plate and steam for 15 minute then add in light soy sauce and steam for another 5

FISH PASTE OPTION

beat fish meat till almost sticking on on knife then add 2 tbsp salted water and beat till its lightly sticky or use a ready to used fish paste bought from store

wrap fish paste on a cooked chinese sausage

Pan fry for 3 to 4 minutes till lightly brown and fish paste are cooked

servec as it is or slice up
