
BJ's German Potato Salad

Steps

Gather AND Prepare Potatos.

Place Potatos in extra large pot.

Add Water to fill 3/4 of pot and place on stove.

On medium-high to high, bring Potatos to a boil and continue to boil about 45 minutes (or untill Potatos are soft when forked, but do not fall apart).

Turn off stove and remove Potatos from heat.

Let Potatos stand to completely cool (minimum 1 hour).

When Potatos are cold, ADD Italian Dressing, Pickel Juice, Sweet Onion, Salt and Pepper to Potatos.

Stir Potato mixture well.

Cover Potato mixture with lid and place in refrigerator, overnight (minimum 8 hours).

Remove Potato mixture from refrigerator.

To the Potato mixture, Add the Mayonaise, Mustard, Sweet Relish, Celery and Paprika. Mix well.

Cover Potato mixture again and place in refrigerator for a minimum of one (1) hour.

Stir Potato mixture then sprinkle final Paprika on top.
