Put a clean cooking pot on fire and put four table spoons of cooking oil on the pot

Add already grated carrots and allow it to cook for few seconds

Wash the rice and add then stir it well. Add on the mixture 2 glasses of water and stir

Put half a table spoon of salt and allow to steam for 5 mins

Then add the already cut green pepper and coriander and cover to cook for about 3 mins.

Remove the fried rice from fire and serve. Hope you enjoy.
