  • 1boil mash potato
  • 1/2 bowlboil peas
  • 1/2 bowlpaneer
  • 1/2 bowlCoriander leaves
  • 1chopped green chili
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed chili powder
  • 1 teaspoonchat massla

Steps

  1. 1

    Sprouts and pea ko cooker me daal kar cook kar lo.

  2. 2

    Thanda hona ke baad bowl me nikal kar mash kar lo.

  3. 3

    Ab bowl me potato, green chili, coriander leaves, paneer, salt, red chili powder and chat masala daal kar mix kar lo.

  4. 4

    Ab non stick pan me oil daal kar tiki ko dono side se light brown hona tak cook kar lo.

  5. 5

    Healthy and yummy sprouts tikki is ready to serve.
