Ingredients

  • 1 cupleftover rice
  • 1chopped onoin
  • 1 bowlregular dough
  • as par tastesalt
  • 1/2 tspchopped chillies
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspgrated adrak
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspchopped coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix all ingredients except dough

  2. 2

    Take a ball size dough and roll and stuff 2 tsp of chaval mixture and make potli

  3. 3

    Roll out with the help of roll pin and shallow fry on tawa from both side

  4. 4

    Serve hot with makhan
