Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbboneless leg of lamb
  • 5 clovegarlic whole
  • 8 smalland medium sized rose golden potatoes quartered and sixthed (Floridian talk)
  • 1Skunkmonkey Greek seasoning to taste
  • 1salt to taste
  • 7 largegreen onions chopped
  • 1 mediumonion chopped
  • 1 1/3 lbbaby carrots
  • 1 quartof favorite broth lamb, beef, chicken, vegetables, pork , rabbit and so on
  • 1/4 cupolive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven 425°F Fahrenheit

    chop vegetables put in roaster

    cut incisions into lamb and push cloves of garlic inside

    season meat with Skunkmonkey Greek seasonings

    season vegetables with the same

  6. 6

    put meat on top of the vegetables bed now its oven time one hour and a quarter (1hr 15 minutes)

    halfway through the cooking process drizzle olive oil on top of lamb and finish cooking

  8. 8

    last 20 mins uncover and finish
