Palak Prantha Recipe

Palak contains large amounts of fiber along with a lot of essential vitamins and minerals. To make palak prantha just wash spinach and drain completely. Add them to a blender and make a fine puree, then add wheat flour, palak puree, onion, peanut, chili, coriander leaves and make prantha. Use water only if needed.

Take a bowl add wheat flour, palak puree,onion, green chili,coriander leaves, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, crushed peanuts mix well and make soft dough with the help of water.

Rest the dough for 15 minutes. Sprinkle flour make small ball, press gently, roll prantha, cut in square shape.

Heat tawa place prantha on tawa, apply oil both sides.

Cook till light brown both side. Serve with curd.
