Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 cupoats flour
  • 1/2 cupmoong daal
  • 2 tbspsemolina
  • 2green chillies chopped
  • 2garlic cloves
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspred chilly powder
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • Halfcup coriander leaves chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • Olive oil for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Pressure cook moong daal and make a paste

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add all the ingrediets except oil

  3. 3

    Mix well and make cutlets

  4. 4

    Take a pan add oil.and shallow fry

  5. 5

    Serve with green chutney
