Ingredients

  • 1 packChicken (drum sticks & breasts)
  • 1medium onion (grated)
  • 1bulb ginger
  • 1bulb garlic
  • 2 stickscelery
  • 1/4fresh lemon (juice)
  • 1 bunchmixed fresh herbs ( rosemary, thyme, parsley & basil
  • 1 Tinsavoury cream (Nestle)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients in the bowl and leave it for 20 -30 minutes before roasting uncovered for an hour. Enjoy and serve as you wish.
