Ingredients

  • 2 each26 ounce cans Green Pickled Jalapeno Peppers
  • 8 ozCream Cheese - softened
  • 1 cupSour Cream
  • 1 cupCheddar Cheese - shredded
  • 5 eachScallions - Sliced, including green part
  • 1 can2.25oz Sliced Olives
  • 1 tbspTaco Seasoning - or to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Drain jalapenos. Discard onions and carrots or use for another purpose. (Like munching on...)

  2. 2

    Remove tops from jalapenos, slice in half and remove seeds. Rinse and then dry with a paper towel.

  3. 3

    Mix together the other ingredients. Spoon or pipe filling into the halved jalapenos.
