Ingredients

  • 1Onion
  • 2 lbLa Peeled Crawfish
  • 2 stickButter
  • 1 canCream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 canCream of Celery soup

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Melt butter in Stock pot. Add onions and Cook till onions appear clear.

  2. 2

    Add Crawfish and soups and a can of water

  3. 3

    Place on low heat and simmer for 30 mins.

  4. 4

    Season to taste. I use Cajun Seasoning.

  5. 5

    Serve over Rice.
