Ingredients

  • 1 cupboiled water
  • 1 tspshredded genger
  • 1 tspPomegranate peel. chopped
  • 1 tspchinese green tea
  • 1 tspchopped mint

    Mix all the ingredients together, and boil them for 3min.

    Drink it after each meal.

    After using it for about a week your going to see a verry big difference.

    The ingredients are for one day. so daily, you should make a new one.
