Mix all the dry ingredients together with cold water and vinegar,mix till smooth, leave for some minutes

In a pot, add little vegetable oil....

Pour in the minced meat,carrot, Irish potatoes,salt,curry, thyme, Maggi, onion and tumeric powder

Add one cup of water,and allow to seamer for 5 minutes,after that the filling is ready

Bring out your dough,cut into desirable shape or use a meat pie cutter,add your filling inside the dough

Bake for 40 - 45minutes,it is ready
