Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled water
  2. 1 tspshredded genger
  3. 1 tspPomegranate peel. chopped
  4. 1 tspchinese green tea
  5. 1 tspchopped mint

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients together, and boil them for 3min.

    Drink it after each meal.

  3. 3

    After using it for about a week your going to see a verry big difference.

  4. 4

    The ingredients are for one day. so daily, you should make a new one.
