Grind the sweet corn to a coarse paste adding 1 green chilli without adding water.

Add the corn paste to a bowl with this add chilli powder potato powder chat masala bread crumbs salt garlic powder and roasted besan flour (roast the besan flour on a low flame till raw smell evaporates or roast for 2 to 3 minutes)

Now mix well and make shapes into bullet shape or you can make of your choice

Heat the pan add oil when oil is hot slide the corn kebab and fry till golden brown in color or 3 to 4 minutes remove and place it on a kitchen napkin

Yummy and tasty corn kebab is ready serve with ketchup thank you happy cooking
