  • 1onion diced
  • 1garlic clove chopped
  • 1 candiced tomatoes drained
  • 3 cupchicken stock
  • 1/2 cuppeas
  • 1/2 cupdiced carrorts
  • 2 dashsalt n pepper to taste

    brown. rice in large pan in olive oil

  2. 2

    add peas garlic onion carrots

  3. 3

    microwave chicken stock or broth 5 minutes add to rice let simmer and cover for 15 min

  4. 4

    let stand 5 min
