1onion diced
1garlic clove chopped
1 candiced tomatoes drained
3 cupchicken stock
1/2 cuppeas
1/2 cupdiced carrorts
2 dashsalt n pepper to taste

brown. rice in large pan in olive oil

add peas garlic onion carrots
3

microwave chicken stock or broth 5 minutes add to rice let simmer and cover for 15 min

let stand 5 min
