Healthy and low fat. Can easily grill if you want to reduce fat content. Enjoy.

Soak black beans overnight and then boil until soft

While the beans are boiling, finely chop onion and garlic.

Drain beans when finished cooking.
- 4
Add all the ingredients together in a large bowl and mix.
- 5
Blend all ingredients together using a hand blender until resembles a paste.
- 6
Shape the mixture into patties and fry.
- 7
N.b if the mixture is too wet, add more oats. Mixture should resemble a paste and should retain the pattie shape.
