Ingredients

, 20 minutes
  • 500 mlMilk
  • 100 gmPaneer
  • 1 tspDry Rose petals
  • 1/2 tspRose color
  • 100 gmSugar or according to your taste
  • 4 tspCoconut powder
  • 2 tspDry fruits of your choice

Steps

, 20 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil milk in a pan. Once it boiling add crumbled paneer. Stir continuously. When it reduces 1/3 rd add sugar. Stir well. Add rose color.

    Add coconut powder & dry fruits. Add crushed rose petals.

    Now switch off flame. Let it cool down.

  4. 4

    Keep it in fridge for 1-2 hours. Serve chilled
