Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  • 2 cupdry roasted vermicelli
  • 1 cupdiced seasonal vegetables
  • 1onion
  • 1tomato
  • 1-2green chilli(optional)
  • 1 spoonginger julienne
  • 2 spoonoil
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil in pan and add onions to it

  2. 2

    Satue fir few minutes and then add chopped tomatoes

  3. 3

    When they are half cooked add all the vegetables green chilli and ginger

  4. 4

    Add salt and close it with a lid and cook till the veggies are properly cooked

  5. 5

    Now add roasted vermicelli mix it properly and add sufficient water to cook the vermicelli

  6. 6

    When it us cooked completely and the water is absorbed off the gas

  7. 7

    Serve it hot and enjoy a healthy veggie filled bowl
