Take a pan add little oil in it

When the oil is hot add chopped onions and green chilli

Saute a little abd then add chopped tomatoes

When tomatoes are tender add the blanched veggies and salt and little pepper

Off the gas

Take a flat nonstick pan with a lid

Spread a heap full of dosa batter in it

Let the gas be on low flame

When it is partially done spread pizza sauce then a layer of cooked veggies and then cheese

Close it with the lid and let it cook till the cheese melts

When it is done off the gas take it out on a plate cut it in slice and serve it hot
