Ingredients

cake

175 gramslight brown sugar
2eggs, medium
180 gramsplain flour
1 1/4 tspbicarbonate of soda
75 gramschocolate chips(min 53% cocoa)

Preheat oven to 174C/gas 4

Place butter,sugar and cinnamom in bowl, blend until creamy

Add the eggs one after the other,stir in

Mash bananas add to.mixture, combine well add chocolate then add walnut

Sift flower add bicarbonate of soda,mix into banana dough

Grease loaftin add micture to tin

Bake for about 40 minutes or until.skewer comes out clean

Place creamcheese in.bowl, add butter and icing sugar cream.together until pale and fluffy add banana and chill.

When cake has cooled,spread icing over top
