Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 1/2 cupmashed potatoe
  2. 1 cupall purpose flour
  3. 1 tspsalt and black pepper
  4. 1 tspolive oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    mix all together to form dough

  2. 2

    add more flour if wet or dash of milk if dry

  3. 3

    roll into a long sausage about 1 inch thick

  4. 4

    cut into inch squares and mark with fork

  5. 5

    put a large pan of salted hot water on to boil

  6. 6

    add gnocchi. they will take about 3-5 mins.... until they are floating

  7. 7

    serve with your favourite pasta sauce

this was a wonderful recipe. i used it in chicken and gnochi soup and it was gone before i got a picture!! i used instant potatoes and they worked petfectly.
