Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 8 ozdry spaghetti
  2. 16 ozfrozen Italian style veggie blend
  3. 1 tbspOlive oil
  4. 1/4 cupall purpose flour
  5. 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  8. 14 ozcan chicken broth
  9. 12 ozEvaporated Lowfat 2% milk
  10. 3/4 cupshredded parmesan cheese
  11. 2 cupcooked ground turkey

Steps

    Preheat over 350· F. Lightly grease 13X9 baking dish. Prepare pasta according to package directions, adding frozen vegetables to boiling pasta water for last minute of cooking time, drain. return pasta and vegetables to pot.

    Meanwhile, heat oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Cook stirring occasionally for one minute. Remove from heat and gradually stir in broth. return to heat, bring to boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. stir in evaporated milk and 1/2 cup cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese melt. Remove from heat. Stir in turkey.

    Pour cheese sauce over pasta and vegetables. Mixed lightly. Pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve immediately.
