Place turkey, oatmeal, carrot, and egg in a large bowl and mix thoroughly to combine.

Place meat mixture on a foil lined baking sheet and pat into a 1/2 inch thick rectangle.

Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 30 minutes.

Remove from oven and let rest for at least 15 minutes.

Using a cookie cutter, (I use a bone shape) cut into biscuits until all dough has been used up.

*If you don't have a cookie cutter, these can also just be cut into bite sized pieces.*
