Put all ingredients in a pot.

Put lid on the pot and marinate for at least an hour.

After marinating, place the pot on the stove and bring to a boil at medium heat.

Once boiling, simmer for 30 minutes and stir now and then.

Once done, serve with rice!

Handy tip: put in fridge overnight, and the next day remove the fat that builds up on top.
