Steps

Take 1 cup boiled cauliflower.

Finely chop carrot, capsicum & tomato.

Take a kadhai and put 1 tbsp oil and 1/2 tsp hing and chopped chilly.

Add chopped carrot, cappsicum and tomato and close the lid for few seconds.

Add 1/2 tsp black pepper, salt and garam masala.

Add chopped boiled cauliflower and mix properly.

Take Half cup milk and mix cornflour.

Add boiled cauliflower to the vegetable mixture and close the lid for 1 minute.

Now mix again.

Enjoy creamy couliflower
