Mix together all dry ingredients in a medium or large sized bowl.

Cut in shortening with hands.

Add water until a dough is formed. If you need more water, add water 1 tablespoon at a time.

Knead dough 20 times.

Seperate into balls the size of a kiwi.
- 6
Roll out with rolling pin as thin as possible.

Cook on a griddle with non-stick cooking spray.
