1sliced onion
3chopped tomatoes
1/2 tbsroyco
cooking oil
salt

Place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil.

Stir and add tomatoes cover for them to soften then stir.

Add the maize and beans as you are stirring.

Add royco and water and cover for 5minutes then turn off heat and serve.
