I have been trying different potato recipes lately. This was a simple one and still turned out delicious.

I have been trying different potato recipes lately. This was a simple one and still turned out delicious.
Steps

Peel your potatoes well. Clean them well.

Add salt and tumeric to boiling water, add your potatoes and let them cook for 10 minutes.

Remove the potatoes and place them in a baking tray. Apply not too generous portion of blueband to the potatoes.

Preheat oven at 180 degrees celcius and bake them for 20 minutes.

For the spinach, sautee your onion in olive oil. Add your spinach season with salt Stir them well for five minutes.

Serve with sauce.
