  2. Salt
  3. 1big Fresh fish
  4. 2cksp Palm oil
  5. HandfulShrimps
  6. 1Onion
  7. 6 piecesOkro
  8. leavesFresh pumpkin
  9. 2cksp Crayfish
  10. 1Dry catfish
  11. 2fresh Pepper
  12. 1Onion

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the onion and pepper in large chunks.

  2. 2

    Add the fresh fish,Shrimps,carbs with onion,pepper and dry cat fish.

  3. 3

    Cook all for 5mins.

  4. 4

    Add sliced okro and pepper and cook for 8mins.

  5. 5

    Add palmoil and cook for 7mins.

  6. 6

    Add perwrinkle, pumpkin leaf and salt and boil for 5-7mins.
