Steps

Cut onions to roughly 1/2 inch thick. Ring out carefully.

In a large bowl mix flour, salt & baking powder. Coat onions with flour mixture and set aside.

Add egg and milk and mix well. (till no lumps )

Coat coated onions in egg mixture and set aside on a rack for the extra mixture to drip.

Prepare stove with oil on medium high
- 6
Dip coated onions into breadcrumbs and set aside If oil is not boiled. If oil is boiled, careful slide onions rings into oil and fried on both side till Brown.

Drained the excess oil and enjoy with your favorite sauce!
