In a bowl take grated ghobi and put salt and leave for 5 mins. Then squeeze whole water from ghobi.

Now in a bowl take squeezed ghobi and mix salt, red chilli powder, ajwain, green chillies, grated ginger, coriander leaves and mix well.

Now roll chapatti and put little ghobi mixture in center and make ball and roll as paratha.

Heat griddle and put paratha and cook on medium flame and apply ghee/oil to fry on both sides.

Serve hot with yogurt and mint chutney and enjoy.
