Semolina Peas Upma

You can add any veggies to it, to enhance the flavour and make it more wholesome. It can be served with coconut chutney or pickle.

Heat oil in a pan and temper with mustard seeds and dry red chilies (opt). After it stops spluttering, add the urad dal and saute for a few seconds.

Add onion, ginger and curry leaves. Saute till light brown.

Add water, salt and the roasted peanuts. Simmer till it becomes thick. Add lime juice and ghee. Give it a stir.
