Ingredients

  1. 1 box0.3 oz strawberry jello
  2. 3-6 oz strawberry light no- fat yogurts
  3. 6fresh strawberrys cut in half
  4. 12paper cupcake liners

    mix yogurt and dry jello mix, together real good in a microwave safe bowl.

    place in microwave, two to three minutes until gelatin is dissolved.mix well, stir every minute

    in a cupcake pan, place paper- lined in pan, fill with 1 tablespoon of strawberry mixture into cupcake liner.

    place in refrigerator for 1 hour or until firm,

    remove from refrigerator, take off paper liners carefully, now place stawberrys halfs on each strawberry bites.

I made these twice because the first time they came out really bitter. I think I put too much jello mix or maybe the yogurt I had gotten was too light... but the second time I made them they came out delicious (used less jello mix). Topped with cool whip... A perfect snack :)
