  1. avocado creama
  2. 1/2 cupcilantro
  3. 1/4 cupsour cream
  4. 1avacado
  5. 1lime
  6. 1s&p
  7. filling
  8. 1 tbspcanola oil
  9. 2poblano peppers
  10. 1 tspgd cumin
  11. 1s & p
  12. 2 lbmexican chorizo
  13. 12 ozjar salsa
  14. 1telera or bolillo rolls
  15. 1 cupchihuahua cheese

    Place the cilantro, sour cream, avocado, lines us and juice in a food processor and run until smooth.

    Season the avocado mixture with salt and pepper and put to the side

  3. 3

    Preheat a 12 inch skillet over high heat and add the oil.

  4. 4

    And the poblano Peppers, cumin, salt and pepper and toss to coat. Saute until papers are slightly soft and blistered about 5 to 7 minutes

    In the same skillet at the trees over and cook over medium heat

  6. 6

    Drains the chorizo if necessary and add the jar of salsa

  7. 7

    to make the sandwich slice, butter and toast each of the roles until golden brown

  8. 8

    Pile the shredded cheese on the bottom bun. Place a heap of the meat mixture over the cheese. smear a dollop of avocados cream sauce on the top bun and smash the sandwich together. Enjoy!
