  1. 100 gramsbutter
  2. 150 gramsdark chocolate
  3. 100 gramswheat free flour
  4. 1 tspwheat free baking powder
  5. 200 gramscaster sugar
  6. 3eggs
  7. 100 gramschopped nuts or fudge pieces (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    gently melt butter and chocolate in a pan.

    preheat oven to 160°F (fan oven)

  3. 3

    in a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and sugar.

  4. 4

    beat in eggs, then chocolate mix.

  5. 5

    stir in nuts or fudge pieces.

  6. 6

    pour into a 6x8" lined tin.

  7. 7

    bake for 30-40minutes.

  8. 8

    allow to cool then cut into slices.
