150 gramsdark chocolate
100 gramswheat free flour
1 tspwheat free baking powder
200 gramscaster sugar
3eggs
100 gramschopped nuts or fudge pieces (optional)

gently melt butter and chocolate in a pan.

preheat oven to 160°F (fan oven)

in a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and sugar.

beat in eggs, then chocolate mix.

stir in nuts or fudge pieces.

pour into a 6x8" lined tin.

bake for 30-40minutes.

allow to cool then cut into slices.
