This is my first daughters favorite recipe. I found it a long time ago online and didn't have many of the ingredients to make it, so I had to improvise, but still works. Enjoy!

I use to call this hamburger stew til my niece decided she would no longer eat hamburger meat. I changed the name to Cindy soup told her it was made especially for her and that's what we call it ever sense. You may replace cindys name with ur picky eaters name and see if it works for you too!

These dont stay around long, everybody usually goes back for seconds!!

This rub is great on just about everything and is not too spicy as written. Spice it up more by adding more cayenne.

I remember as a kid growing up every Sunday having mom's meatballs. There were always the best. Other families did all sorts of mixtures of different meats and seasonings but my mom's was always the best. Sharing our little family Italian history in this recipe.
