This is a healthy sandwich recipe for kids with sprouts and potato.
Steps

Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion and saute until they turn translucent.

Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and saute for a minute.

Now add the pav bhaji masala, coriander-cumin powder and turmeric powder.

Add the chopped tomatoes and salt and 2 tbsp of water and cook for 5 minutes

Now add the sprouts and the mashed potatoes and give it a nice mix and cook for a minute.

Keep the sprout mixture aside.

Now take the bread slices and apply butter evenly.

Take a spoonful of sprout mixture and spread it evenly over the bread.

Now place the sliced onions over it.

Place another slice of bread over it and place it on a tawa and grill on both sides until it turns crisp on both sides.

Enjoy with sauce or chutney.
