Mix all ingredients except Idli batter& oil.

Add salt in Idli batter

Heat nonstick griddle. Pour one ladle full of Idli batter. Spread it in thick round for Uttapam. Drop some oil. Cook it until crispy on medium flame.

Now place sprouts on it & press it with spatula so that sprouts stick on uttapam.

Flip it. Cook on slow flame for few seconds. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
