Take large piece of aluminum foil.

Place 1 tilapia fillet on foil.

Mix all ingredients and put 1/4 (total) of the mixture on both sides of the tilapia fillet.

Seal the aluminum foil around the edges.

Repeat this process with the remaining fillets.
- 6
Stack all foil packets in the slow cooker on top of each other.
- 7
Cook for 3 to 4 hours on low. fish should flake with a fork when cooking is complete
