1/4 bunchbananas (raw bananas)
4tomatoes
1onion
Oil for cooking
Royco
Dania
1 pinchsalt

Peel the bananas and cut to small parts.

Stir fry the onions with oil rill golden brown. Then add tomatoes and red pepper.

Add the bananas with some royco, salt and coriander leaves.

Cover to cook for till ready.

Serve then sprinkle some coriander leaves on top for presentation.
