Ingredients

  • 4bananas
  • 3/4 cupmelted butter
  • 1 largeegg
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 1/2 cupflour

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350º.

  2. 2

    Mash bananas and mix with melted butter.

  3. 3

    Add beaten egg, vanilla extract, and sugar then mix together.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle with baking soda and pinch of salt, mix together.

  5. 5

    Add flour and mix well.

  6. 6

    Bake in 5x9 greased pan for one hour.

  7. 7

    If you prefer, this recipe also makes about 24-30 muffins, and takes about 20-25 minutes to bake.
