This is my innovative dish,I used split peas (matar dal) in my steamed fritters.
Steps

Clean split peas,add in grinder and grind it in a fine powder.

Add water and salt in a wok and boiled it.

Peel and cut pumpkin into slices,now add in boiled water.

Dip for 5-6 minutes in hot water,now drain the water.

Dal powder transfer into a mixing bowl add green coriander, salt,black salt,red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well.

Add enough water and make a batter.

Now coated pumpkin with this thick batter and steamed for 5-6 minutes.

Transfer hung curd in a bowl add pomegranate juice, coriander leaves and salt,mix well.

Serve with steamed fritters.
