Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlUrad daal (soaked overnight)
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 1/2 tbspHing
  4. 2 tbspjeera (cumin)
  5. 1 ltrLuke warm water
  6. as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Bheegi hui daal ko achi tarah se wash karein.

  2. 2

    Sara pani nikal le or mixi mein grind kar le.

  3. 3

    Ab isme salt dale or acchi tarah se 5-7 min fente hatho se, fluffy hone tak.

  4. 4

    Ab kadhai mein oil garam hone rakhe,

  5. 5

    Daal ke batter mein se nimbu ke barabar ka batter le or hatheli pe pani lagaye or chapti karein, ispe thoda sa jeera lagaye or oil mein daal de.

  6. 6

    Sari chandiya ese hi senke.

  7. 7

    Ab ek bhagone mein gunguna pani le usme hing, Salt or bhuna hua jeera dale.

  8. 8

    Achi tarah mix karein.

  9. 9

    Or sari chandiya is pani mein daal de.

  10. 10

    10 min dali rahne de fir nikale or serve karein.

  11. 11
